The Jacksonville Jaguars are famous for the teal colored tarps used to skin seats in their stadium to reduce seating capacity. Now the awful Raiders are planning to install black ones, reducing their available seating to the lowest in the NFL.

According to Pro Football Talk, "The Raiders are expected to close “Mount Davis,” the upper deck addition that was part of the deal that got the Raiders to move back to Oakland from Los Angeles in 1996." The funny thing is, you can't go anywhere in Denver without seeing Raiders fans. They must have all moved here.
