Satan hopped a flight to New Orleans this week. The Antichrist's objective? To mess with Ray Lewis, apparently.

All this media talk of double murders and PEDs is just Beelzebub's way of trying to keep Lewis down. This according to Lewis himself. In one of the more ironic statements of Super Bowl week, he told assembled members of the media: “The trick of the devil is to kill, steal and destroy. That’s what he comes to do. He comes to distract you from everything you’re trying to do.”, according to Pro Football Talk.

Lewis continued: "Anybody can have success. Impact is totally different. You talk about the walk of Jesus, his whole walk was impact. So that’s what my life is based on.”

So, by covering up the truth in an Atlanta double murder and by employing banned substances in an effort to return as quickly as possibly to the gridiron, Lewis was only doing the bidding of Christ. Naturally, this doesn't sit too well with Leviathan.

That's why he emerged from his bottomless pit to attend media day.
