Mike McCoy left by choice. Defensive backs coach Ron Milus wasn't so lucky. The Broncos fired his ass.

Perhaps he was already on the skids, but the Broncos defensive performance against the Ravens certainly didn't help Milus' cause. The notorious Rahim Moore play, in particular, probably set off alarms at Dove Valley. Something went terribly wrong on Saturday night and the team must have thought coaching was part of the problem. The Broncos quest to improve has begun - and Ron Milus was the first of what will be many casualties.
